DMCA & Copyright Policy
Updated: 2026-04-19
We respect the rights of copyright holders and respond to properly formed takedown notices under the DMCA (U.S. law) and similar frameworks in other jurisdictions.
1. Anti-Infringement Policy
Our Content Safety Router automatically blocks prompts that mention protected franchises, or offers the user alternative modes (original names, abstract archetypes). If infringing content still makes it into the Service, please contact us.
2. How to Submit a Notice
Send the notice to bv040497@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA notice".
The notice must include: identification of the protected work; URL(s) to the allegedly infringing material; your contact information (name, email, mailing address); a statement of good-faith belief; a statement of accuracy; your electronic or physical signature.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address. We will restore the content if the original complainant does not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights will be terminated without refund.
