Terms of Service

This is a draft version. By using Narralis (the "Service") you agree to the terms set out below. Services are provided by Baranov Vadim Alekseevich, Self-employed (NPD taxpayer under Russian law 422-ФЗ), tax ID 616716924092; full details on the /legal/requisites page. The document will be revised by a lawyer before public launch.
1. About the Service
Narralis is a web app that lets users create interactive stories using generative AI. Scene text, choices, and illustrations are generated on demand by Anthropic and OpenAI models.
The Service is intended for users 16 or older. Minors may use it only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
Creating stories requires an account. Authentication is currently available via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure.
One person per account. Transferring an account to a third party is not permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that: violates the law, promotes violence, contains sexual material involving minors, infringes intellectual property, or harasses or intimidates specific people.
Our automated Content Safety Router may refuse to generate content that violates the rules. Repeated violations may result in account termination without refund.
4. Your Content
The stories you create are yours. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the Service (e.g., sending a request to the model provider).
Completed stories are published to the public feed by default and indexed by search engines. You can delete any story at any time.
We receive a non-exclusive license to display your public stories inside the Service and in promotional materials.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
The free plan includes a limited number of stories. A Premium subscription unlocks additional features — see the Pricing page for details.
Payments are processed via a payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in account settings.
Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service code, design, logos, and documentation are ours. Use without express permission is prohibited.
The Service prohibits generating content that infringes third-party rights, including references to protected franchises. See also our DMCA Policy.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new version.
